Is yoga a good way to burn fat?

Has anyone here tried or is doing yoga? Is it a good way to burn fat? I’ve wanted to do regular exercises to lose weight, but I’m not a fan of fast-paced routines, so I think yoga might be the one for me. I also found out about this yoga retreat Ibiza from a friend, and I think it’s a good way for me to start with the practice. What do you think? Should I go for it?

Yes !!!! I think performing Yoga daily in the morning before walking is proved to be the best way to lose weight, but only when you follow this in regular routine. Best wishes for you. :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
