Is yoga a good way to burn fat?

Has anyone here tried or is doing yoga? Is it a good way to burn fat? I’ve wanted to do regular exercises to lose weight, but I’m not a fan of fast-paced routines, so I think yoga might be the one for me. I also found out about this yoga retreat Ibiza from a friend, and I think it’s a good way for me to start with the practice. What do you think? Should I go for it?

Hey!

Yoga is a great way to burn fat yes as it trains and strains your body in a certain way that helps your metabolism. Mix it with running and a keto diet and you will see results in no time. I use a keto diet myself and only have positive things to say.
