According to your situation, you didn't do the exercise for weight loss because of your back pain problem. Take a small amount of food at a regular interval of time. Walking is one of the natural methods to loss weight. Taking fresh fruits and vegetables also more helpful for weight loss. It will be better to spare some time for yoga also.

Want to lose weight? You need to understand that without the required efforts, you will not get a permanent solution.
So, start with some basic exercises so that you are on track to lose weight.
