Re: Ideal Protein Diet
Many people confusing about the protein consumption but in my personal opinion on consumption intake of 1 gram per pound is the best and ideal But research also indicates that eating more protein can help you towards this goal.

Hi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Are you considering a weight loss diet? You may plan to start by cutting out cookies and chips, but be careful. Limiting people’s choices of junk food makes them eat less junk food, but doesn’t help them to lose weight because they tend to compensate by eating more calories within other food groups,

Nutrition is the Key -
The Ideal Protein Diet Plan is nothing like the typical diet that offers packaged foods. Ideal’s instant packets are NOT the common meal replacements that contain a so-called “balance” of carbohydrates, fats and protein.

I agree with you. A balance and healthy diet plus a regular exercise is very important to weight loss. Eating too high of a percentage of protein can put a lot of stress on your body.Sally Heep wrote:Nutrition is the Key -
