I would suggest don't it some food with fiber and calories. Avoid some sweet food cos our self when it come in food we will it. So you need to control your self for eating too much.

I think You should be try to Yoga and Join Gym. I know It's hard work but After some time you will see your weight will be lose. And you can take more water like 15-16 glass per a day. If you are hungry Please avoide junk food and high calories food.

Try to have a work out plan. Set a single goal and get started and stick with it for a few weeks. There's no need to commit and try to a 2 hour daily workout, just start with ten minutes of brisk walking and go from there. Just make sure to keep moving always. You have to eat fewer calories than you burn. Certain foods can help you shed body weight and they are beans, soup, dark chocolate, pureed vegetables, eggs and sausage, nuts, apples, yogurt and grapefruit. Load your shopping cart with lots of lean protein, fresh veggies, fruit, and whole grains. Incorporating the use of body wraps do a lot of wonders as well as thermofit as it also promotes increased calorie burning and fires up metabolism.
