Just by drinking a couple of 8-ounce glasses of H2O before your three meals and cutting back on portions will help you in losing love handles.Many people don’t like to drink water because it is bland and has no flavor it. These people prefer to drink soda, coffee, tea, or even sugary juices. Alot of these people tend to also be overweight and unhappy with their bodies. Are you one of these people? I would presume you are just because of the simple fact that you are here reading this article. If you want to start dropping the extra pounds and losing love handles then you need to cut these drinks down to a minimum and start drinking more water. Simple as that!

totally agree, but did you know by drinking green tea you will enable your body to lose weight faster?

i am 100% agree with you because there is big difference in natural and artificial things. Water is natural and very helpful for health instead of coffee, soda etc.

I don't think drinking just water will do the trick. In order to lose love handles you must do physical exercises every day and burn more calories than you eat.
