Fruits and vegetables are good diets and taking water.
Do some daily exercise.

Although it's an old thread but as the topic is good that's why participating.

Remember not a single food will help you lose weight alone. Whatever food you choose, you have to count the calorie contents of the food and consume less calories than you need to actually lose weight. Well, here some weight loss friendly foods:

Spinach, egg, salmon, almond, nut, carrot, broccoli, green tea, spicy foods.

Try to incorporate your diet with high protein and fiber rich foods. Protein will boost your metabolism and fiber will make you consume less calories
