I have read your problem I think You should be try to Yoga and Join Gym. I know It's hard work but After some time you will see your weight will be lose. And you can take more water like 15-16 glass per a day. If you are hungry Please avoide junk food and high calories food.

You're right. But aside from sleeping on time, you should also maintain a good eating habits and regular exercise. You can also use body wraps for significant results.
