You can have a natural diet control. Here are some simple method to trick your mind and say that you're full. Drink plenty of water. When your stomach is full of water, it stops sending signals to your brain that it wants food. Get some rest. Start sniffing. Suppressing your appetite is all about tricking your brain and using your nose is the ultimate way to do this. Eat slowly. When you eat, you should be eating, not multi-tasking. You'll be able to concentrate on your food and actually taste the flavors. Chew gum. Not only is it good to control your appetite, it's good for your mind. It improves your memory and focus. Work out. A one hour of high-intensity cardio may keep you away from the kitchen for a couple hours afterward.

High-fiber foods such as fruit, vegetables, beans, and whole grains are higher in volume and take longer to digest, making them filling—and great for weight-loss. Start your meal with salad or vegetable soup to help fill you up so you eat less of your entrée.
