Hi. You can try reducing calories, eat better, exercise, and most of all, your brain. We all know intuitively that poor decisions are what make you gain weight and better ones are what make you lose it and it will respond to the changes you make as well as better than you think. And so will your body. I know that you can do it. Cheers!
