Below is what has helped me to lose weight.

No sugar. (I use honey or fructose to sweeten things)
Drink pure chimp super tea. I can’t stand green tea so this stuff has been great for me.
Swap white for brown (bread, rice, pasta etc).
Exercise at least 3 times a week

I feel great and have a lot more energy following this regime.

As for me, here's my recipe
1. Eliminate sugars and starches (lowering your insulin puts fat loss on “autopilot.” :) )
2. Eat Protein, Natural Fat and Vegetables (a diet which contains all the fiber, vitamins and minerals you need to be healthy)
3. Exercise 3-4 Times Per Week (to loose weight, diet is isn’t enough so you have to engage yourselves in physical activities)

Below is my regime in a nutshell. I find it easy to follow & it keeps me at a healthy & good looking weight. I dont see it as a diet, it’s more of a lifestyle, which is important as diets never last.
 
Drink plenty of water
Have purechimp super tea once a day
Eat healthily in the week & enjoy treats at the weekend
Pick brown over white for grains
Exercise at least 3 times a week
 
We all know how to eat healthily it’s just finding a way that works for you. I have found the regime above takes minimal effort.

You had done a great job,your recipe of losing weight is really good.
In mine,
I had cut carbs, sugar
Eat leafy vegetables,fruits, nuts
Exercising 5days a week.

Let me thank you for sharing your trick to lose weight that actually really works. Exercising and diet controlling is the key to lose weight without getting any side effects. I would like to add that a person who wants to lose weight must try a glass of warm water with one tea spoon of honey and lime juice. Exercise after having it in the morning. You will lose weight faster.

Such a nice recipe ,but I would suggest exercise also play an important role so don't think you can lose weight only with this recipe you also have to do extra effort for this .If you don't like hard workout you can do simple exercises like yoga ,walking ,rebounding on the trampoline so on :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
