I haven't try yet. As for me, there four keys to reducing belly fat which includes diet, self-care, exercise and rest. I always aim for meals and snacks that include protein and fiber. I treat myself once in a while and get regular exercise. Also, I use body wraps for a tighter appearance of my tummy.

You lose all fat the same way, by limiting the amount of calories you eat. The only way to "target" a specific fat deposit is through liposuction.

Basically, eat less and lose weight.
