Weight

I'm a male, 5'10 and 290 lbs. I wasn't always fat, but around 8th grade I stared gaining weight. I'm 19 now, I live with a roommate (a friend) and I'm ashamed of my body. I want to starve myself. Not a full fast but around 500 calories a day with only water to drink. Any advice? Should I go 500 a day for 2 weeks and 1200 a day for a week. will I see results?

Hello

There are obviously lots of diets that focus on calorie intake and if you are going to focus on a diet that is calorie restrictive such as this we would strongly advise that you do not embark on one until you have taken proper medical advice from your doctor. We wish you well in moving forward with a healthier lifestyle.
