An effective weight loss product
Hello, I want to lose a few pounds, I've decided to use a product for removal. Someone who has tried product like those, lets recommend to me a good product.

For months, I have tried such products. But it didn't help at all. So, I don't have much faith on weight loss pills or supplement. But I do believe in yoga. Yogic Yoga and Weight Loss are closely related to each other. So, I would recommend this particular way.

I don't think this is the best way. Just in my case is good because I do not have a lot of free time. That's why I made this choice!

I don't think a product is the best way to lose weight.
Here are some tips to lose weight instantly:-
1. Cut Back on Sugars and Starches
2. Eat Protein, Fat and Vegetables
3. Lift Weights 3 Times Per Week
4. Drink water a half hour before meals
5. Get a good night's sleep, every night
6. Do exercise and yoga on a regular basis

I'm not sure if you are still wanting to lose weight, being that this was posted last year. But, if you are, I have seen the best results when I have paired healthy eating with reliable and well made plant-based supplements. By that, I mean incorporating a plant-based protein powder for a nutrient dense and easy on the go breakfast. I have also focused on giving my body a reset from foods that don't serve me and focused on alkalizing my body.
Overall, I'd stay away from anything out there that suggests a quick fix and focus more on programs that believe in long term, sustainable habits.
