if you really want to loss weight, then you just have to make some change in your lifestyle the way I do and I got positive result after 4 months.
• Eat more and more proteins
• Drinks water as much as you can
• Do not skip breakfast
• Skip junk food
• Do not consume alcohol
• Do not Smoke
• Eat healthy food
• Eat low carb diet
• Daily exercise
