meds that make you gain weight

hello I wanted to know if certain medicines make you gain weight I never had a problem with weight until 3 years ago I had cancer in my thyroid and goiter and since I dont have my thyroid or goiter and have to levothyroxine to help me function on a every day basis and high blood pressure meds and heart meds it seems hard for me to lose weight especially in the thigh hips and leg areas wonder if anyone here has any suggestion I do exercise every day but my leg having a lot of pain and my chest makes it hard do you know of any plans I should stick too I eat healthy but at night I crave foods please help thank you I am new to this blog so I wanted to say hello and thank you for having me here signed beautifulyou
