If you want to lose your excess unhealthy weight and have been trying to do it for some time without much success, it might be because you are not getting enough sleep. For weight loss, the proper amount of sleep is as important as having a healthy diet and regular exercise. Poor Sleep is one of the main reasons why people gain excess weight

I very much agree. One must get atleast 8 hours of sleep. If you don't, then your brain gets fatigue and it affects the overall physiology. You should right down what are you going to have for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It gives you a idea what you are feeding your body. Make sure you take adequate proteins

Hi if you want to lose your weight you should have a mind set and first of all set a balance diet go for morning walk work out as much as u can because as much u will sweat out you will feel good results moreover take lemon grass tea while empty stomach (in morning). and main point don't go for bed after having meal. Try it You will feel good results soon. Best wishes

I agree with this, I seem to struggle with weight issues on not getting enough sleep, although the opposite has occurred too. Just think that the digestive system continues as normal when there is no sleep. It can have an effect on mental health, getting no sleep. The main thing about no sleep, and simply not resting the body, it can have a big effect on the body work mode, the next day. Get some sleep. Eat healthy, love yourself.
