Difficulty Losing Weight

Hi there,

I'm 32, 5ft 3 and 17st I have been like this since I was about 15. I have always had a active lifestyle, I have been dancing since I was 13 seven nights a week, I swim to, I eat like a sparrow due to abdominal pains we cant get to the bottom of, I am sick a lot and still I am really big. I have tried to eat more but I just can't stomach it. I have a under active Thyroid which I know doesn't help but it is under control. I try to stay as positive as I can but sometimes it gets me so down, I get heckled in the street mainly by kids but it still hurts. I just don't know what more I can do, I have asked about surgery but they say I probably wont because I'm not big enough. Life is not fair!

just don't lose hope. Swap white for brown, like bread, pasta, rice and etc. No sugar but you can use honey as sweetener. Drinking tea is also good.

Re: Difficulty Losing Weight

You don't find yourself big or fat as compare to others. What change you can do is major concern. You must change your diet according to BMI (Body Mass Index). You must drink plenty of water in a day at every one hour also avoid fried and junk foods. But more importantly you must be stress relief and free from your thoughts.

Re: Difficulty Losing Weight

eating fruits and veggies will surely do a great impact on your diet, along with exercise. Stay away from white foods, and swap it brown foods instead.

I think a controlled diet would be enough for you to lose weight, eat fresh and healthy. Try veggies, fruits, salads, sprouts, it will work with your active routine.

Re: Difficulty Losing Weight

Yeah, life is not fair. My weight problem is actually hereditary. I have tried many diet pills before but only those naturally prepared are effective for me. And I must admit., I hate exercise, but when I do, I see resutl immediately. So, it is really more of discipline.

Re: Difficulty Losing Weight

I used Reductil, the generic form (ordered at meridiareductil.com) when I was quite overweight and I found it to work very well. I never expected this pill to work at all but once I started it, I lost 16 kg within a couple of months. I felt amazing, didn't have any bad side effects except dry mouth...drank loads of water and it was OK. Try it out !
