I think you have to stop the intake of fatty foods especially those that contain bad fats. Fish and fruits will do to sustain the need of your body. When having intense food constraints, only minimal exercise can be done to avoid collapse in the middle of the process of losing weight.

taking supplement is a very huge help to this process. But dont just rely on the supplement you also have to do regular routine exercise and consume proper healthy foods.

I would suggest you eat a lot of fruits and veggies. Eat fiber-rich foods.
Avoid fatty food.

According to me grains, fruits and veggies are the best food for you. Avoid sugar add drink lots of water.

1. Lemon Juice

I would suggest you say no to "fast food and oily food"
Eat fiber-rich food including fruits, vegetables etc.
