I suggest that you can eat high fiber rich food, fruits, and vegetable, it is more effective for weight loss. avoid processed food.

Stop eating fatty and processed foods, Eat Fruits and fresh vegetables for body fitness along with a sufficient quantity of water. Avoid sweetened, coffee and alcohol completely.

Lunges. There are many variations to the lunge, but the plain jane forward lunge is still very effective for weight loss, as it works multiple muscles at once (think: glutes, quads, and hamstrings) for max calorie burn.
Burpees.
Explosive Lunges.
Squats.
Double Jump.
Mountain Climbers.
Tabata Drill.
Jump Rope.
