Have a casual chat with her. Ask her about her favorite foods or the diet plan she is following. This will help you understand her preferences, and you will also come to know if the diet she is following is healthy or not. Encourage her to exercise as that is a healthy way of loosing weight. There are many healthy recipes for the weight conscious. You can get her to eat more this way

This is a tricky subject for teens. They want to lose weight so they are skinny. To much pressure from everyone. I suggest you go to the doctor and get help that she needs before it gets out of hand.
