Hi,
Protein How Much Is Enough is totally depend upon your age
If you are Adult women need about 46 grams a day.
Adult men need about 56 grams a day.
Teenage girls need 46 grams a day.
Teenage boys need up to 52 grams a day.
Infants require about 10 grams a day.
So, Take your food in this manner so you can decrease your weight

I know that when I eat protein I tend to feel fuller and will not eat as much. I love having cottage cheese with my breakfast because it sticks with me.

Firstly you should figure out how many grams of proteins you should eat for your body type. Other than you divide it into five meals per day to spread out the observation of the protein throughout the day. This going to help you to loose weight and proper protein is consumed.

Your protein intake actually depend on your body weight, one should take 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight.
Protein is essential for our body, you will get enough protein from your food. Take protein rich food like meat, yogurt, fish, tofu, cheese,beans, nuts..

If you are adult you should take a modest 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight according to The Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA).

protein intake depend on your body weight, if loosing weight you may want to decrease your carb intake.
