Research suggests deep-rooted stigma against people with mental health issues prevails in the UK. There are some surveys done reported in this article that are quite shocking regarding stigma and views of mental illness.
What are your thoughts? How can we help address the stigma and reduce peoples skewed perception of those with a mental illness. Especially when mental health conditions are so common-

Stigma does occur which is a shame as mental health conditions are very common and people with mental health problems are the same as everybody else.

That is good to hear cazkins. Lets hope we can build on the hard work already being done to try and reduce stigma! Read your blog and discovered what FOMO means really useful tips!

I learned what FOMO meant from elsewhere too (makes me feel old, not knowing the lingo!)
