When to see a doctor

There are many signs or symptoms of mental disorder. Most mental illnesses don't improve on their own, and if untreated, a mental illness may get worse over time and cause serious problems.
What is the perfect time to see a doctor?

As per my view, one should consult the doctor as soon as you observe the abnormal symptoms.

I don't think there is any specific time to consult with the doctor ., the time you feel low or stressed. the way you are not able to find any solution, then it's a time to discuss. But why to give time to get it worse. "Mental health is important than anything" so take it seriously.
