Re: sudden breaking sleep

Hello shammy001. I've had the same trouble for a long time.

I've had different type of sleep related problems, for instance I would wake up easily and couldn't fall asleep again. I used to stay up all night and could only sleep during the day. I used to wake up several times at a night.

This all points to something specific that is disturbing you. It can be depression or anxiety but of course, you need to check other symptoms too. If the only thing you complain is sleep troubles, I can recommend a few things. If there are other symptoms of depression and anxiety, you should see a doctor.

To get better sleep;

Cut off caffeine. Don't drink coffee or tea after 4 pm.
Exercise during the day. Get tired.
Drink Lemon Balm (Melissa) tea before going to bed.
Eliminate things that can disturb you during your sleep.
Shut down all noises. Create a dark and silent room.
Try meditation before sleep
