Chronic disease

I have Syringomyelia. It's tough. I'm 21 years old and I've had surgery 5 times. I've had this disease since I was 6. It changed my life so much that I dont even know what it's like to be normal anymore. I suffer with alot of pain, sometimes I can barely walk or move my hands. Some days I just wish I was never born. I have really bad anxiety due to this. I dread to think about my future.

Hello Unicorn living - we are so sorry to hear of your condition and thus the pressures that you have to live with. There seems to be a few places that can offer support which you may have already used such as the Brain Charity - 0800 008 6417 (Monday-Friday: 9am-4.30pm) which may be a good place to start in finding support. The other main charity - https://www.annconroytrust.org/ available looks like they have had to close at the moment - but they do have a lotof very useful information on their website along with specialists in this subject.

Don't think like that. Each human is facing some or the other issue early or later. Each of us wish to give up for facing such a stupid and meaningless life where you can't even be happy. No hopes you will ever be too. As per my case, it was being tangled with the narcissist for a long years of time period. I was living that the end has reached but now though not over, but I have found my own happiness inspite all the problems around me.
