Just wondering if anyone has an opinion on this. Hate Lithium and want off it. Also on Mirtazipine. Problem is this. I'm sleeping quite well, too well almost and awaking a bit groggy. Is the Lithium helping me sleep or the Mirtazipine? I am hoping to remove the Lithium but not if it is the variable that is getting me such good sleep.
Any opinions? THANKS IN ADVANCE.
