I am here to ask something about waist trainer. In last few days I was feeling pain in my back so I visit my family doctor and he made a check up and then give me some medicines and also advise to use waist trainer minimum 5 hours a day. I have purchased a waist trainer online and start wearing daily for 5 hours but I feel no betterment. Please guide me about this all situation.
