Being anxious can be a good sign for many. Surprised! It’s like saying being jittery about a situation is a welcome sign. It’s like the world is full of good and bad people, similarly, there is something called good and bad stress as well.

The “good stress” or “eustress” is a healthy sign which that will keep us motivated, and excited at the same time. While for others “The constant reminder of something is going to happen” can be extremely exhausting and unnerving.

Research conducted by Mental Health Charity Mind shows that 4 out of 5 people between the age groups of 18-34 confirmed that most of the times whenever they feel anxious, instead of sharing it with their loved ones, they prefer keeping it with themselves.

So, it’s important to look for the signs which will help you decide whether or not your loved one needs an anxiety consultation and treatment.
