Massage therapy for sleep???
I have sleeping troubles, my mind rarely settles down, and I have these swirling questions always on my mind. Well, my life is complicated and has many problems, including a sick mother and no boyfriends, and lots of EMI. I’ve tried different suggestions, including various apps, yoga, and maintaining the same bedtime/wake up routine. I've read these on various online platforms, however, they aren’t effective for me. I even saw a doctor who put me on a 10mg dose of a medication, but I am a bit hesitant to try that. Recently, I an ad of massage therapy and how it can help with chronic sleep issues. It was from a credible source (The Canadian College of Registered Massage Therapists) so I thought I’d give this a try. I love getting massages, but never really consulted for sleep improvement. Has it been in your experience that massage improves your sleep? Have you given it a try?
