Having a good night's sleep is important to me: so I go to bed early every night and sleep in a calm, clean and tidy bedroom that is neither too hot nor too cold. I also don't have a television in my bedroom. This helps maintain a bedroom made for sleeping.

A regular routine does wonders for my sleep pattern: therefore it also helps keep good mental health.
