Tackling Depression
There are several reasons why I get depressed but I only have a few ways to beat it. One is by taking medication, but I don't want to be drug-dependent. I go out with my friends, have fun and drink, but I get more depressed after. I'm thinking of visiting a professional but having second thoughts about it. What do you think?
