Chronic Pain I Mean 24/7 extreme pain like no other

I have suffered from pain down below area that has caused by excruciating unbearable pain for a long time now. I have had pain killers from my GP now on Morphine 70mgs every day with a backup morphine of a further max amount of 80mg this does not even take the edge of it. To explain where exactly I get the pain would be rather degrading for myself. I have tried to get help for this for a long time, it is so bad I want to have an operation to remove the trouble. I am looking to see if anyone has anything close to this and if possible, maybe a GP specialised in this subject could be about. I have had scans and Thay all, as expected, show up normal nothing wrong. Oh, come on people it is me in all this 24/7 pain and agony not to mention the frustration and stress it is causing me.
I do have a very bad diagnosis of Functional Neurological Disorder which I may add was diagnosed than the now Professor Jon Stone the consultant Neurologist Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh and University of Edinburgh, one great person. As well as being diagnosed recently with IBS, believe me when I say this that FND or the IBS is not the cause of it.
I have been using talk health partnership for some time now so I| though I would give it a try.
