Sacroilliac Dysfunction is my latest diagnosis on my back pain. Has anyone else experienced this, know anything about it, suggest anything to help it? I could really do with some input please..... :?

Re: Sacroilliac Dysfunction

I have SI joint pain myself and it can radiate down up and across your back, but normally it goes down. I have been managing my SI joint pain by seeing a chiropractor. He is able to put the joint back into proper alignment which truly alleviates the pain. The deep pop you hear was probably your SI joint rocking out of place.
