Leg Pain

I was performing an inner thigh stretch on the floor when I heard and felt an almighty crack in my left inner thigh. This was nearly 2 years ago to the day and even after going to the doctor and following his orders it is still just as painful as it was when I first did it. I am a cheerleader so before this happened I was flexible however now I am scared to kick forward, do the splits on that leg or even stretch that leg as it feels like it's about to snap. It is reasonably painful and I just wondered if anything can be doing to make it feel like it used to?

I had faced leg pain during my childhood . This was so painful for me to tolerate this.

You should see a doctor who is expert in spine problem. Or maybe it's just a bit of trauma, that you're now scared of the pain it gave you two years ago. Always talk to a health professional regarding this before it becomes even worse. You should try what my friend did as well. She undergo a magnetic therapy and bought a magnetic bracelet. It works on her since she's back being active again from her volleyball sports. She wear it all the time because she said it helps her prevent the pain on her wrist, arms, elbows, back and other joint problems.

Consult a doctor right away. Also, you can try some home remedies to ease the pain. A diet high in natural fibres from fruits and vegetables can also be of great help. Most importantly, exercise regularly, even if it’s just walking an hour.

There are some alternative medicines you can try if your doctor's advice has not been effective for your treatment. Try the Chinese Medicine and massage therapy, as these can help you with all types of pain, including back and leg pain, sports injuries you are experiencing.

A physical allergy is an allergic reaction triggered by a physical stimulus. When people who are sensitive to cold are exposed to cold, they may develop hives, asthma, a running nose, nasal stuffiness, or swelling of tissues under the skin (angioedema). Rarely, a widespread anaphylactic reaction occurs.
Some people have cold extremities for no apparent reason. In others, the coldness stems from anxiety or stress. It's also a side effect of certain drugs, notably beta-blockers and many migraine-fighting drugs. However, if your fingers or toes temporarily turn white, the coldness is probably caused by Raynaud's disease, a common condition that impairs circulation to the extremities. Severe cases can lead to fingertip ulceration. And Raynaud's occasionally signals a more serious disease such as scleroderma or lupus. Treatment includes stop smoking, keeping the hands and feet warm, and if necessary, taking blood-vessel-dilating ACE inhibitors or calcium-channel blockers. I hope this helps you. And good luck.

Try to do some exercise for pain by consulting doctor or yoga specialist. You will feel better..
