The thing that has been bothering me nowadays is that I have been getting red patches in my skin around the knees, elbows and ears. Also I get the burning sensation in the affected areas along with itching which has been irritating me a lot. I have been applying creams but day by day its getting worse. I was hoping if at all you would give some advice or suggest ant treatment for this.

You are faced with a disease called Psoriasis.
Psoriasis is a chronic autoimmune disease that mainly affects the skin. It is non-contagious. A reddish, scaly rash - often referred to as red, scaly patches - is commonly found over the surfaces of the scalp, around or in the ears, the elbows, knees, navel, genitals and buttocks.

This is mainly due to allergic conditions at the soft tissue and you need to take antihistamine drugs like cetirizine or levocetirizine or desloratadine along with antibacterial medications.
