Hi I have had pain down my left side & left testicle for over 10 years following a hernia repair with mesh.. I take 600mg pregabalin per day (Lyrica) it makes me very tired

It helps a bit and I also use patches.

I have been to pain clinic & St Thomas' in London and tried nerve blocks & nuro modulation & blocks in spine but pain continues. I am due to see consultant at my local hospital again in May.

Has anyone had pain stopped after nerve damage? I do not want to take tablets for the rest of my life.

I read all your condition kindly go to proper surgeon and do a surgery there are many treatments available on nerve .After that you can continue your life without tablet
Other than surgery the treatments are
Physical therapy and rehabilitation
Acupuncture
Massage therapy
Orthopedics
