Psoriasis Winter Blues

Do you have the Psoriasis Winter Blues at this time of year? What influences flare-ups during this season? Is it the climate, the stress, the food? I would love to hear your stories. Come and join the forum, share your experience and tell us how you cope.

I definiately have the winter blues with my psoriasis - roll on the summer as the sun does help my skin. :D

I also get the winter blues: never mind roll on summer, roll on spring. I know that I start to feel better once we see a little more sunshine and warmth.

I can't wait to see the sun on a more regular basis (along with a bit of warmth hopefully)!!! It really does help my psoriasis.

Well it seems that we won't have the winter blues for much longer as Spring is definitely on its way: I am starting to feel less blue!
