oat bath- natural treatment?

Yes i gave that a go, cant say it did much for me, apart from being messy and a strange feeling

Ive tried hymalayan salt In the bath, different massage oils that i read up on, psoriasis creams, prescribed and not, sudocream, olive oil, vasaline, aqueous cream, nothing at all has worked, but dovobet for me,thats taking it away as long as i continue to use it, if i dont it flares up the day i dont use it a miracle is what i need, have you used dovobet

i also changed my diet, cut out what i read to be bad, starting taking vitamins that are meant to help, this had no effect at all in 5 months
