Psoriasis pain?

I have issues with psoriatic arthritis for years, but last night a "new" pain hit. I have very sharp, localized pain beneath my right shoulder blade. It feels like a knife is stuck there and it effects my breathing the pain is so severe. I have 3 small lesions exactly where the pain originates. My question is, "is this indicative of psoriasis?" I have not seen MD for a while. When I complain of pain, they talk to me as though I were an addict looking for pills. I swear, NOT even close to being an addict unless you count OTC ibuprophen. Need answers. If you've experienced this, please help!
