I have noticed that the time on the response from the experts on this clinic is ahead of my computer time. Does this mean that this online clinic is located in a country where the time is ahead of UK time.

The times displayed on the posts is set by each individual in the 'user control panel' - this is a function you need to change yourself.

The clinic is hosted in the UK.
