Bloating

I'm 55, and every time I eat I bloat out. It can be a salad, FGS!!! Is this menopause or allergies. Some days I'm worse than others.

If the symtpoms bear no relation to what you have been eating, then it would seem very unlikely to be related to a food intolerance although a food diary could well help confirm this. There are other causes such as IBS or bacterial overgrowth so worth discussing with your doctor.
