The last few weeks I have noticed that I seem to have a reaction in some form to fish - each time I eat it, salmon, tuna (tinned and fresh), prawns, I become flushed, especially in my face and neck, my stomach bloats and is uncomfortable and I generally feel unwell, my head aches, I feel thirsty and queasy! (Not pregnant!) Also, this morning, I ate French Toast (dipped in egg - don't usually eat eggs as I don't particularly like them!) thinking nothing of it - felt OK beforehand - now I have an itchy red rash on my inner arms, itchy neck, feel unwell and symptoms as listed above! Could I I be allergic? If so, any advice? Many thanks.

would be very unlikely to have suddenly become allergic to numorous foods. It may be you have a developed what is called urticaria - itchy spots happening at random. If it is troubling you, best discuss with your GP.
