Endometriosis is coming back

I had a 2 laparoscopies in 2010. The 1st was diagnostic and the 2nd to treat the endometriosis. I took zoladex for 6 mths & have now been taking the pill back to back with a break every 3 mths. I think the endometrosis is coming back with a vengeance as I now have constant pain which is affecting bladder & bowel. What would my next step be? Would it be another laparoscopy? I'm really struggling & it's starting to affect my every day life.

A re-scan should be arranged first and have a think about your contraception needs and fertility plans, before discussing with your gynae surgeon the need for a repeat laparoscopy. A lot of pain can be due to adhesions, from the surgery or the endometriosis itself...
