lump on labia

I am 27 and for the past 2 yrs i have had a small lump on my inner labia to the left just of my urethra. it is visible and can be felt between my fingers, its the size of a small bead but occasionally grows and shrinks down again. Should I be worried?
What could this be?

Probably a benign sebaceous cyst, but have it checked out to reassure yourself
