Lump under skin

Hi, I'm 15 and have never had sex.
I have a lump under the skin of my vagina where hair grows, it is about the size of a pea.
The spot where it is, the skin has gone darker compared to the rest, it is soft and squidgy.
It has been here for about a month, is this a problem? what can i do to get rid of it?

Also a few hairs under my armpit are growing underneath the skin and you can see it, is that bad and do I need to take it out
