I had a scan last year ans was told I have ovarian cysts. I feel like one of them has burst due to nhs symptoms but when i go to the hospital they say nothing is wrong.

A scan should show up a significant cyst (>4cm or so). If no cyst seen the pain could be normal for you around the time of ovulation (mitttleschmirtz) or endometriosis.
