prostate and incontinence

hi to all I have sufferd with incontinence for a few years now .but last year I had to have prostate removal ( cancer ) the surgen new I was incontinent so dealing with it was knot a problem with me.
but now 12 months after the hop my incontinence is even worse now . the NHS supplied me with the pads before my surgery and now I have tried to change the pads from what I use to the maxi pads that hold more fluid so I don't have to change as often as I am having to do now. so why do I have to be reassest again I was told that the team would come to see me in due course but there is a big cue
any sugestions would be welcombe.

Re: prostate and incontinence

Hi happy dave

Thank you for your post. In June we ran an online clinic relating to bladder issues, http://www.talkhealthpartnership.com/on ... s_2019.php we've attached the link for you as there may be some questions that were asked and answered that might be useful for you.

Could you go back to your GP and get your pads changed on prescription through him? That may be a shorter wait time?

Please let us know how you get on.

Kind regards
