Times UK - why differences for Afro-Caribbean men ?
In the Weekend section of The Times UK of Nov 19, 2016 there is an article by Dr Jonathan Rees about Prostate Cancer
He says that the risk for Afro-Caribbean men is double that for white British men
Could this be because their dark skin reduces their level of Vitamin D in the UK ?
Has your doctor checked your Vitamin D ?
Professor Bruce Wills reported on a trial in USA where they gave 4,000IU of Vitamin D3 each day to men with early Prostate Cancer, where the suggestion was to "watch & wait"
After 12 months, the majority of the men had improvements in their Gleason score
Has your doctor suggested that you take Vitamin D ?
