Enzalutamide after Abiraterone

The new advance prostate cancer drug Enzalutamide is now available under the CDF, but NOT if you have been given Abiraterone first. This ruling precludes the very men who need it and is grossly unfair.
As a matter of urgency, please write to your MP to register your disapproval of this. Lives depend on this.
